The Department of Geography and Geosciences offers the Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Geography with four areas of concentration: environmental analysis, global and regional studies, urban and regional analysis, and geographic information science. Offices for the ten faculty members, five staff members, the Center for GIS, and the undergraduate Geography Club are located in the east wing of the second floor of Lutz Hall. Also located in this suite are the department's two computer labs, equipped with state of the science software for GIS, remote sensing and image processing.
