The Department of Geology and Geological Engineering offers several undergraduate degree options: B.S. in Geological Engineering, B.S. in Geology, Specialization in Applied Geology, Specialization in Paleontology, Specialization in Earth System Science, Minor in Geology, and Minor in Geospatial Technology.
We offer graduate study opportunities at both the MS and PhD level. Graduate enrollments typically stand at about 40 students across all programs. Financial support is provided for some students based on need and academic performance. Degree options include: MS in Geology and Geological Engineering, MS in Paleontology, and PhD in Geology and Geological Engineering.
